Campbell Partners Secures Complete Defense Victory in Defamation and Malicious Prosecution Case, Including Recovery of Attorneys’ Fees

Yawanna McDonald recently achieved a complete defense victory for our clients in a high‑stakes civil action involving claims for defamation and malicious prosecution. The case concluded with the court granting summary judgment in our clients’ favor dismissing all the plaintiff’s claims, resulting in a defense verdict and an order awarding attorneys’ fees and costs—a favorable outcome for our clients.
