Mr. Baddley has litigated cases in California, Florida, and the southeastern area of the United States in both State and Federal courts. Tom has obtained numerous seven-figure judgments and eight-figure settlements. Tom also serves as an appointed receiver for real estate portfolio in class action lawsuit.

  • $ 1 million judgment based on libel and defamation in favor of a former bank vice president.

  • $ 1 million defamation/libel judgment in favor of a credit union executive.

  • Numerous derivative actions representing minority shareholders and corporations resulting in six figure judgments; and/or the sale of the corporation assets to a third-party.

  • Jury verdict in excess of $10 million, enhanced by an award of $2.8 million in attorneys’ fees and costs against automobile manufacturer in favor of a car dealer.
